Does applying cost anything?
No. Our fees are paid by the employers who give us a mandate. Sending your profile, doing the screening interview and being introduced to an employer cost you nothing.
Is my profile sent to employers without my consent?
No. A recruiter reads your profile and files it by trade, with no automated filter before them. Nothing goes to an employer until you have said yes to a specific role.
Does a job have to be posted for me to send my profile?
No. We file profiles by trade and call you when a mandate matches your experience and your conditions. Every mandate we work on is a confirmed need, paid for by an employer. Send my profile
Will you text me?
Only if you tick the box provided for that purpose on the form. The texts are written and sent by an automated assistant built on an artificial intelligence model. Reply STOP to stop receiving them, START to opt back in.
Which sectors do you recruit in?
Six sectors: logistics and supply chain, warehousing and distribution, skilled trades, manufacturing and production, construction and executive search. The core of our mandates is logistics, warehousing and the skilled trades: forklift operators, warehouse associates, industrial mechanics, machinists, welders and team leads. See the sectors
Where do you recruit?
The agency was founded in 2024 and works from Montreal. Our mandates start in Montreal and cover employers across North America.
What is the six-month guarantee?
If the placement does not hold through the first six months, the replacement is on us: you do not pay twice for the same role. The guarantee covers every placement, from warehouse associate to operations director. The process and the guarantee
What do you check before introducing a candidate?
The cards and licences the role requires, such as a forklift card or WHMIS training, availability for evening, night or weekend shifts, and references. A candidate without the card for the role does not reach you.
Do you turn down mandates?
Yes, when the salary range or the timeline cannot hire. The six-month guarantee holds us to it. If your range cannot hire in your region, we tell you on the first call.
Where do the wages on your occupation pages come from?
