Person in charge of the protection of personal information
Michael Loutfi, President of WorkForce Acquisition, is in charge of the protection of personal information. For any question, access or correction request, or to withdraw consent: support@workforce-acquisition.com or 514-691-6692.
What we collect
Through the contact form: your name, email, phone number, company name, whether you are an employer or a candidate, your message and, if you are a candidate, your consent to receive text messages.
Along with your request: the page through which you arrived on the site, the site that sent you there and, where applicable, the campaign parameters (UTM) of the address. These three items stay in your browser during the visit and only reach us if you send the form.
Nothing else: the site creates no account, asks for no document and no information about your health, finances or immigration status.
Why
To answer your request: finding a candidate for an employer, or offering a candidate roles that fit. We do not use your information for any other purpose without your consent, and we do not sell it.
Text messages
If you are a candidate and tick the box provided, WorkForce Acquisition may text you about job opportunities. The texts are written and sent by an automated assistant built on an artificial intelligence model; you can also reach us directly by phone or email. Reply STOP to stop receiving them, START to opt back in. Without that box, no text is sent to you.
Who has access
The WorkForce Acquisition team, and Atelier Drave, our technical provider, which runs the site and the candidate tracking platform. Our service providers process your information on our behalf only: Vercel (site hosting), Amazon Web Services and Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (Turnstile, which tells a person from a bot when the form is sent), OVHcloud (candidate tracking platform database, in Canada), Twilio (text messages) and OpenAI (writing the texts).
Some of these providers are located outside Quebec, including in the United States: your information may be stored or processed there.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no advertising cookie. We measure traffic with Google Analytics (Google, United States): page views, where visits come from and form submissions. Its cookies stay off and nothing is sent to Google until you accept them in the banner provided for that purpose; you can change your mind at any time through the “Cookies” link at the bottom of the page.
With the same permission, Microsoft Clarity may produce click maps and session replays. Forms are masked. Names, emails, phone numbers and entered contents are excluded from our measurement events. Declining disables this collection; withdrawing consent reloads the page to stop previously loaded tools.
To display the pages, your browser downloads animation scripts from a content delivery network (jsDelivr): this service receives your device’s IP address, like any web server. Fonts are served by our own site.
Retention and security
We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected, then destroy or anonymize it. Traffic with the site is encrypted (HTTPS) and access to the information is limited to the people who need it to handle your request.
Your rights
You may request access to your information, its correction, deletion or transfer in a structured format, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to the person in charge above. We answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
